More than just certified Inspection: Montana’s Home Inspection Services
Montana’s Home Inspection Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated business, which takes pride in every inspection that is performed. For everyone’s protection, we carry errors & omissions and general liability insurance through an “A+” rated company that specializes in inspection coverage.
Inspector, Rick Shaver, is a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. (NAHI), and is a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He also has over 15 years of experience in repairing and remodeling homes. This experience is combined with training at one of the finest training institutes in the country, which has performed over 15,000 inspections. This institute is also one of only a few that is NAHI approved. Rick possesses the construction background, certified education, hands-on training, and communication skills required to provide the kind of quality and thorough
inspection our customers have come to expect and admire. Montana’s Home Inspection Services utilizes computer-generated reports that are organized, easy-to-read and provide a comprehensive inspection results list.
Our inspector follows NAHI’s strict code of ethics that prohibits him from engaging in any conflict of interest activities that might compromise his objectivity. This is your assurance that the inspector will not, for example, use the inspection to solicit repair work for himself or any particular contractor. Nor will he benefit from any real estate activity on property he has inspected. The inspection and report are performed and prepared for the sole and exclusive use and possession of the client.
About the Home Inspection, how long does it take?
Normally a thorough home inspection takes about 3 hours to perform a complete and thorough inspection. It may take longer, depending on the situation and size of the home. Our home inspector reviews the home and property inside and out. If you have any items that are of special importance to you, please let your inspector know. He can spend a little extra time to address them and go over them with you, as well as all of his findings. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
